In this course, we're going to follow a 4-step process for Effective Delegation that will help you determine:
- WHAT you can and should delegate.
- WHO you should delegate it to.
- HOW to delegate, provide support, and how much authority to delegate.
- WHEN to check in and monitor progress along the way to ensure success.
- As a leader, delegation is not something you do on top of your regular job. Delegation is a fundamental part of your job.

In this course, we'll cover three ways to build motivation with your virtual teams:
