Course Overview and Objectives

It’s obvious that without trust we’d get nothing done. Without trust we’re not going to be able to work together very well and we are not going to be productive. In short: Trust is the foundation for every successful interaction.

In this short course, we will:

• Define trust and its core elements: Competence and Character.
• Self-assess your personal trustworthiness and willingness to trust others.
• Strategize for building trust in working relationships.
• Offer steps for repairing and rebuilding trust when it's damaged or broken.
